Lucy & the Hydrangea

Dear Friends...

Just a quick note to say hello.

My sweet neighbor, with the gorgeous hydrangeas said,

"Take as many as you'd like!"

I think Lucy is enjoying them as much as I am don't you?

Now that is a good neighbor!! When I was at the grocery store yesterday I saw a little hyrdrangea bush where the flowers were drying out and turning the most gorgeous shade of plum. It cost $20.00...for three flower heads! Uh, no thank you.

Oh, flapdoodle! I didn't cut my hydrangeas before the frost and, now, they're all crinkled and brown. sigh. =/ Well, oh, well! I'm enjoying yours - such a cute pic! =D
