I love pink kitty paws!!! So beautiful these photos!! Oh how I want an orange and white kitty again!!! I have to send you a photo of my beloved Cree! Pamela :)
What sweet pictures. My daughter and I were just talking about whenever we get another cat it will be orange. I love the little paws :)
The code for the fling didn't work on mine so I copied the picture and then uploaded it as a picture onto my sidebar and then put the link to the fling blog on the picture. I think that code was only working for typepad. If you are on facebook there is a page too. I hope you come up for it, I'd love to meet you in person!
Soft kitty is really the most perfect title. Those photos are so fantastic! I really want to reach into the screen and touch those soft paws. Thanks for the smile via the video! :-) Have a wonderful Friday/weekend!

OMG, those are the most GORGEOUS kitty photos I have ever seen! I have an orange Maine Coon cat that looks very similar! WOW, this is a beautiful blog, I'll be back! Thanks. Marcy www.queenmarcyoriginals.typepad.com mantle@piedmontcenter.com
what sweet pictures! and i have to agree, the paws are my favorite too! my kitties would never sit still long enough for me to photograph them like this.
Hello Friends! Hope you are enjoying your weekend, especially if this is a long weekend for you! It seems like I've been drinking a lot of tea lately, so I thought it was time to get out my tea bags and get creative! This is a mixed-media piece on watercolor paper. First, I tore pieces of the tea bags and glued them to the watercolor paper to start my background. This is another piece I started just today where I decided to use a rubber stamp before applying the tea bags for added interest. I love the color and texture the tea bags create. After the background was dry, I started to sketch out my design. The dragonfly is a rubber stamp. Finally, a little simple hand stitching on linen for added texture. The light was so beautiful and inviting on my desk today. Oh, and don't you just love my new pencil box I got at the second-hand store for 97 cents?
"Art" is probably not the first word that comes to mind for most people when it rains. If you have ever seen a Rain Chain then maybe you'll understand why I think of it this way. copper, metal, patina, design, texture, beauty... peaceful, mesmerizing... If you've read my blog for some time, you might remember, this "desert girl" is fascinated with rain chains. :-) I'm still traveling...Seattle...it's raining... I'm sharing my Rain Chain Art this week at Lisa Gordon's Creative Exchange I have been reading and enjoying your comments. When I'm back home, I will have more time to visit and get caught up with you. Hope your week is off to a great start! Becca
It's been raining...and raining... and raining some more today. You know how much I love it! I still laugh at myself for thinking it'll rain hard for 10 minutes then stop for another 8 months like it did in Las Vegas. (even though I know better here in Seattle.) It's funny what you become accustomed to over the years. So I sat, drinking hot tea by the fireplace, (a loose leaf blend called "Seattle Sunset" from Savrika Tea in Kirkland ) listening to the rain against the window. I started crocheting star garland with my favorite, linen yarn. Star garland...for the holidays, or everyday. You can make them any size, or any color. I'm using a 3.50mm steel crochet hook with linen yarn. Step 1: Ch 5, join with a slip st to form a ring. Step 2: Ch 3. 14 dc into the ring. Slip st to 3rd ch of ch3 to form a circle. Step 3: *Ch 5. 1 sc in 2nd ch, 1 hdc in
