A Thank You Giveaway...

Two years ago, on the 1st of May,  I submitted my first blog post.
I really wasn't sure where I was going with my blog, or if I would even have any readers, but
with so much inspiration and eye candy out there in blogland, I wanted to play along.

One of the things I discovered through blogging is my love for photography.
I find it easier to share with photos rather than words.

Blogging has also given me the opportunity to meet other bloggers/artists from all over the world, by sharing inspiring ideas and words through the love of art.
That my friends, is something I never really expected to happen, and I am so grateful for!

Over the past two years, your comments and emails have given me so much encouragement and inspiration that I just want to say
 THANK YOU!

I started making these little lavender pillow sachets out of linen and embroidered a flower on them.
Simple, and fun to make.
If you are interested I would like to make one of these for you along with a few other "goodies" as a way of showing my gratitude.

I know it's not a fancy gift with all the bells and whistles,  and so many of you out there create such beautiful things of your own,  but I would just like to give something from the heart, from me to you.

Leave a comment on this post if you would like to be a part of the drawing.
I will draw a name from those that are interested and post that special someone's name on
Sunday, May 15th.

Let me know if you post about it, or leave a link on your side bar, and I will enter your name twice.

Thank you and hugs to all of you...
you are very special to me!

Becca

Congratulations on a year! I love these lavender sachets and your shots of lavender with the soap are beautiful, here's to another year.
You have created a wonderful blog and post the most beautiful things. Kind of a place to enjoy that cup of coffee and relax, while enjoying a variety of beauty .
Your stitching is so pretty on your sachets. And it's the little things that mean so much.

Do you grow your own Lavender? I try, it's a favorite, but weather sometimes don't let it grow.

I'm have computer problems..my dashboard is gone so missing lots.
Enjoy the Mothers Day weekend and thanks for the fun.

Thank you for visiting my blog! I've had the most enjoyable cup of tea while looking at your blog. You have a way with the camera and I loved seeing your pictures of our beautiful area here in the Pacific NW. And my signature fragrance is Lavender so I had to leave a comment here. Your sachets are lovely!

Oh these are SO charming, Becca! I would love to win one!!
I am really enjoying your artwork and blog. The watercolour pencils are very expensive. Such lovely colours though, I have some but dont like those I have, do you think they are worth the money. I seem to always put a lot of money into supplies and do not get much done these days. Anyway, had to say I am still plodding my way through (back) through the blog and really enjoying it.
